The Ibiza Pilates and Wellness retreat was a week of calm, connection and tranquility.
An incredible group from three different countries came together to explore the true meaning of Pilates, discover the beautiful island of Ibiza and created long lasting friendships.

We stayed in a beautiful private Villa in San Josep, close to some of the most beautiful beaches and hidden coves on the island.
There are three room options:
- En-Suite Queen
- En-Suite Double
- Shared Triple Room (single beds)

Q – Can I attend on my own or do most people come with friends?
A – Absolutely, you can attend alone or with a friend, we had a mixture of both on this retreat and everyone who attended left with new friends. Connection is at the centre of this retreat and it’s built to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable, no matter how confident you are.
Q – Do I have to join in all of the activities?
A – No, this is your retreat and the itinerary is just a guide for what the group will be doing. If you need some downtime or time alone that is completely fine. I want you to feel fully restored and relaxed.
Q – I’m a fussy eater, what if I don’t like the food?
A – Our chef is incredible and happy to cater to all food preferences.
Q – Are flights included?
A – No, flights are not included in the price but all other transport is.
Q – I’m a complete beginner, will I be able to keep up with the classes?
A – Yes, classes are catered to all levels. We do a foundations class on the first day to ensure everyone understands the fundamentals.
